The data presented in this report was collected as a part of Phase III of a three-part study to take place over 2 years. The study seeks to remove one of two classes of oil, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) from Galveston, TX, U.S.A or Access West Winter Blend (AWW) from Alberta, Canada, with one of the seven surface washing agents (SWAs) that are selected from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) National Contingency Plan Product Schedule.
